The ZXL type direct self-priming pump is a novel product developed based on relevant technical data at home and abroad, which has been digested, absorbed, and improved. It is the first of its kind in China. All technical performance indicators are leading domestically and have reached the international advanced level, with broad application markets and development prospects.
ZXL type direct self-priming pump product features:
1. Compact structure. These two series of pumps are integrated with machines and pumps, with a beautiful appearance and a small footprint. Compared with ordinary self-priming pumps, the footprint is reduced by 30%. If an IP54 outdoor motor is used, there is no need for a pump room and it can be placed outdoors for use.
2. Smooth operation, low noise, and high concentricity of components. The motor and pump are directly connected, simplifying the intermediate structure and increasing the smoothness of operation. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, operates without vibration, has low noise, extends the service life of bearings, and improves the operating environment.
3. The shaft seal adopts high-quality mechanical seals, and the dynamic and static rings are made of hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, leak free, and has a long service life.
4. Unique structure and good self-priming performance, only a certain amount of liquid needs to be stored in the pump body before operation.
Application of ZXL type direct self-priming pump:
1. Direct coupled self-priming pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, equipment cooling, etc. The temperature of the medium used should not exceed 80 ℃, the viscosity should be ≤ 100 cP, and the solid content should be below 30%.
2. Widely applicable to oil depots, fuel trucks, gas stations, oil tankers, oil tankers, transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aviation kerosene, etc. separately. If corrosion-resistant mechanical seals and stainless steel materials are used instead, they can also be applied to chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing, papermaking, power mining, etc. The conveying medium temperature is -20 ℃ -80 ℃, the viscosity is ≤ 100%, and the solid content can reach below 30%. This series of pumps is particularly suitable for oil tankers or water transport ships, and can also be used as a cleaning pump with good cleaning effect.
ZXL type direct self-priming pump usage conditions:
1. The ambient temperature is ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity is ≤ 95%, medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and it is required to reach 200 ℃.
2. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is ≤ 10 meters
